･ Fixed scroll bars not seating when arrows are placed either side of the scroll-bar

･ An error message is now displayed if the program can't close iTunes

･ Uninstaller code has been rewritten and should be more robust

･ Updated documentation and fixed some errors
･ Name consistently changed to Aqua4iTunes to save some confusion with
another product
